Thank you for shopping with us. Because all of our products are made to order, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.

 Made-to-Order Products

 each product is custom made specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong color or design selected

  • Personal preference after receiving the item

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.


 Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a printing error on the product

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer errors (wrong size, color, address, or design chosen)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Slight color variations due to screen differences

  • Orders lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer


 Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.


⏱ Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
