Kauppan.com sells custom print-on-demand products. All products are made to order and produced only after a customer places an order.

Our products are fulfilled through a third-party print provider, with production handled by its manufacturing partner Underground Threads.

Because products are made to order, slight variations in color, size, alignment, or print placement may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing and Payments

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment is successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4. Order Processing and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production. For this reason, orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission.

Please ensure that all order details, including size, color, design, and shipping address, are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Production typically takes 3-4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier and are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, design preference, or change of mind.

We will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is misprinted

  • The wrong item was received

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
